Reporting an error
Accuracy matters to us, especially for Australian penalty rates and award pay. If a number looks wrong or a rule has changed, tell us which page it is on and what the correct figure should be, ideally with a link to the Fair Work Ombudsman pay guides. We check every report against the official source and update the page - and its "Updated" date - when it needs it.
What we can and cannot help with
We can answer questions about how the calculators and guides work, correct mistakes, and take suggestions for new tools or clearer explanations. What we cannot do is give you personalised legal or payroll advice or make decisions for your own situation - for that, please speak to the Fair Work Ombudsman or a workplace relations adviser.
